Top Tip for Success

‘Examine your study habits to find a routine that works for you in the long run.’

‘The OET is an endurance test, but that doesn’t mean you have to undertake marathon study sessions. Make sure every moment of study counts by mindfully attending to the matter at hand. If listening is tough for you, get into study mode by turning on your audio of choice, hiding the transcript, and listening with just your ears and brain. Set a timer for 2 minutes to check in with yourself. Were you able to hold your focus? If not, decrease the time on your timer and try again with the goal of making it to at least 5 minutes.’
