Ibuje is going to the UK to practice medicine! This is how he prepared for IELTS.

Ibuje needed to score a minimum band 7.5 in IELTS to migrate to the UK to continue working as a doctor and he utilised E2 Test Prep’s Writing Intensive Package to prepare, with Ibuje saying “I really can’t thank you enough for helping me pass my IELTS. What did you study IELTS for?

Migration purpose. To practice in the UK as a medical doctor. Passing IELTS with a minimum of overall Band 7.5 with at least 7 in all components is a major criteria.

What was the most difficult part of your study and how did you approach it?

Reading. Time management. Going through all the study materials on the website, I got to understand all questions types and how to use skimming and scanning to approach them. Also, those ones that come in others were duly noted.

How long did it take you to prepare before taking the test?

What did you do in your free time to unwind and destress?

Surfing through social media, watching movies on Netflix and hanging out with friends.

What would be your top tip for other students who are about to begin their test-prep journey?

E2 Test Prep has all you need. Don’t only focus on the live classes. The study materials and practice questions are high yield. Go through everything. The way the writing marking scheme was explained is also top notch.  Memorize it and practice writing essays with the criteria in your mind.
