Next Stop: Australia. Chandni aced her PTE test!

When this message arrived in our inbox from a star PTE student, we celebrated! Here at E2 Test Prep, we love hearing about our student successes and are so happy to play a part in their journey.

“I am super happy to share that I took the PTE test today and within two hours got this beautiful result. Listening: 82, Reading: 81, Speaking: 90, Writing: 79

Can’t thank E2 enough for this score. Please convey my thanks to Melinda for guiding me right after analysing my mock test!

Thank you. Regards, Chandni”

We asked the wonderful Chandni a couple of questions about her E2 Test-Prep experience and her top tip for future students.

Where are you from?

I am from Punjab, India and currently staying in Delhi with my husband.

What did you study the PTE for?

I am planning to migrate to Australia so I prepared for the PTE test.

What languages do you speak?

I speak Punjabi, Hindi and English.

What made you choose E2 Test Prep?

I came across Jay’s youtube videos on PTE and found them quite helpful so decided to prepare with E2.

What was the most difficult part of your study and how did you approach it?

I struggled with ‘Speaking’, particularly with ‘Describe Image’ and ‘Retell Lecture’. I used to take a lot of pauses while describing it but with the E2 method, I learnt to structure it well.

What did you like most about E2 Test Prep?

I liked ‘live classes’ the most as studying in a group makes one learn so much from each other.

How long did it take you to prepare before taking the test?

It took me two months precisely, I studied the E2 course material for a month and after that, I practised the exercises, attended live classes when possible and watched all recorded classes and practised along.

What did you do in your free time to unwind and destress?

I love Crochet, so crocheted lovely stuff for my loved ones whenever felt a little less confident. Crochet is like meditation for me.

What would be your top tip for other students who are about to begin their test-prep journey?

It’s very important to take a mock test before the exam to understand what exactly happens on the test day. Questions are thrown at you one after the other and you might miss some questions if you are not aware. And the feedback you receive, helps you to know your weak areas and improve them before your test day.

And I thank E2 once again for helping me get a step closer to my dreams.
