In addition to IELTS Indicator IELTS has released some information about testing centres reopening.
Australia:
- While some Australian test centres have suspended testing in April, others have applied additional hygiene precautions and physical distancing to ensure health and safety and continue to test.
- To find out the next available tests, check the test centres calendar.
- To see how to take the test safely, take these hygiene precautions.
- Test-takers who have travelled from mainland China, Iran, South Korea or Italy in the last 14 days, have a cough, fever or have difficulty breathing, or are in quarantine ARE NOT to attend the test.
The affected test-takers will be able to transfer test day, or cancel and receive a full refund.

I’m scheduled earlt April here in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and received a suspension of exam till further notice email but when I clarified thru email, I can get my test on the date and will notify for suspension/cancellation few days before the test.
